Monday weigh in 5/24/2010

Drum roll please............................................................................................................................................

265.5 lbs. (I just got owned by the scale)

Ouch, I knew it would be bad, but I didn't know it was that bad. Ok I had a bit of an idea, but damn. I could probably sit here and write and write and write a lot of BS about what happened and what I'm going to do, how I'm going to do it...blah, blah, blah. But I'm not, so I'll spare anyone that takes time out of their day to read this. By the way, if you do read, thanks.

  1. Bummer, dude. But you can get back. Pick an aggressive challenge for yourself for June 30th, giving you about 5 weeks. Can you drop 15? 20?

    I don't know your situation, so it may not be reasonable...but the challenges are helpful to me.

  4. 15 gained in the last 2 months sucks, but that was the past two month, the next two months is what matters now and you lose them and more, you can do it
